Accounts are provisioned here. There is no public sign-up — you set the role, then hand over the credentials.

Bulk import from a CSV

Upload a CSV with columns for first name, last name, phone, email, role, password and Team ID — one row per person. Header names are matched loosely (e.g. "Email" or "Email Address" both work). Rows whose email already has an account are skipped and called out below, so it's safe to re-upload the same list after adding people manually.

Create Business Account

Create a company account and assign its branding and Team ID. Its employees see this name and these logos everywhere in the portals.

Company Name

Team ID Employees will use this Team ID to join the company.
